Ok, so the website’s got a bit of an overhaul thanks to the thoroughly excellent WordPress. I’ve seen a number of WordPress sites in the past, but it was Dan’s Blog that prompted me to finally install it on the server. It’s an incredibly powerful blogging tool, so it’ll take me a while to get it exactly how I want it. Be prepared for some subtle changes over the next few weeks! In case you’re wondering, my DJ Company has moved here.

How cool is this? An underground coal fire burning for nearly 45 years? Incredible!
This image is one of the many thousands sent into PostSecret that are posted on the site each week. I thought it particularly poignant given my line of work. This was posted with it:
“I have been a teacher for 15 years, and a majority of my students during that time have been children suffering from poverty, abuse and neglect. I have always suspected that their behavior was a test and that misbehaviour was often a way of showing their teachers that they trusted them to care no matter what.
“This post card articulated what my children over the years have not been able to say.
“I promise to break down as many walls as possible, for the rest of my life.”
Just wanted to remind you all to check out my Flickr account. You may see yourself in an entirely different light!
My good friend Nick Owen is looking for people, equipment and donations for an “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” in the Lancing area. Poor Frank needs a good deed and Nick is determined to make it a GREAT one.
If you’re not too sure what it’s all about, Click here for the full story on Frank and then sign up some money, minutes, or motivation to get involved! I’ll be there for the weekend, so I challenge you to be too (Rich, Pete, Ben, Sam, Dave…).
