The BBC have an interesting article about Japanese spirituality and in particular, Christianity. Focusing on a local legend of Jesus, the report looks briefly at the country’s wider attitude to religion and raises questions about cultural interprepation of the Bible and missionary activity to a nation with such differing social values. A great discussion starter and thought provoker.
