so I got back to my desk this afternoon after being out the office for 3 hours to find around 60 emails from ebay! Most were confirming that I’d listed a Chanel bag/purse, three were asking questions on the listings and the around ten were ebay telling me the listings had violated trademarks and were removed. The final one stated that due to inappropriate activity, my account was suspended.
Of course, I tried to login to ebay to work out what had happened… and find that my password doesn’t work! Someone has hijacked my account! I’m not too sure how this happened as I’ve never given out my password and not even logged into ebay for months. I’m now waiting on ebay to respond to the mail I sent them. Very odd!

I know this isn’t about youth work (although I could always link it in), but I thought it was too good to pass up.

For the measley sum of $15,000 (Buy It Now) you can be the proud owner of four revelations from none other than Jesus Christ! Yes ebay does it again with another astoundingly original auction. It seems Jesus himself appeared to the seller back in 1984 and told him the following:

#1: The precise location of Heaven>

#2. The cure for cancer

#3. The solution for the achievement of world peace.

#4. He revealed the future to me.

Wow, what a lucky guy! But it doesn’t stop there, he goes on to give a glimpse of each revelation based on what Jesus told him. My personal favourite is that the cure for Cancer is to do with the cause:

But what is the PRECISE AND SOLE CAUSE OF CANCER? CANCER OCCURS WHEN WE EAT OUR OWN FLESH. (Two very simple examples of eating our own flesh are biting our cuticles or biting our lips.) When a piece of our own flesh is digested, microscopic fragments of our own DNA enter the bloodstream. If a piece of this DNA enters a vulnerable cell, the nucleus of the cell identifies the ‘food’ as ’self’ and this causes a ‘circuit’ to be blown in the nucleus.

Oh that makes sense then!
