Our back garden has suffered over the past year. What with receiving the vast majority of rubbish when we ripped out the old kitchen, it has also succumbed to an infestation of thistles and patchy areas of grass which won’t grow in the shade. With so much going on at work and with a baby on the way, the scruffy garden has been the least of my concerns.
So the flyer that game through my door today caught my eye. Lazy Lawn offers:
high-quality realistic looking artificial grass that you don’t have to mow! The artificial lawns are lovely and soft and being fully UV stabilised, they will remain beautiful and green all year round. LazyLawns can be enjoyed by all the family and are fun and safe for children and pets.
Actually, special events aside, why would anyone do this in a domestic garden? What’s the point? How hard is it to mow your lawn anyway? Sorry Lazy Lawn, but as sad as my own garden is I’ll stick with the real thing!
