This Saturday, Arun Community Church are having our regular ChYL (Children’s & Youth Leaders) Training Day. We get all of our staff and volunteers together about 3 times a year to catch up, communicate news and get some relevant training.

This time, I’m excited that we’ve got well-known children’s worker and teacher Jim Bailey coming to run a couple of workshops for us. Jim travels around the country hosting kid’s events, entertaining churches and teaching adults on why and how they should engage with children. The two topics he is teaching on are: ‘The Importance of Training Children’ and ‘Interactive & Visual Teaching’.
